These terms, often referred to as a privacy policy, describe the guidelines Thumb Arcade and Asendu, together referred to as TA, use to protect the information we collect about you during your visit to our Web site.

TA will never disclose, share or sell your information to anyone for any purpose.

The stuff that we collect, not the old lunchboxes and crystal figurines but rather your info, is used ONLY to maintain blog privileges, contact you regarding important product changes, updates or releases and to provide the best thumbs up customer service possible.

At various times TA requests optional personal information, which may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, shoe size or personal interests. In addition, TA periodically sponsors contests and other promotions that may require additional information in order to participate. We hope you do participate; and win. These promotions may occur here on the website, on our mobile website, via direct email or newsletter or on Facebook or Twitter…so stay connected and get involved!

TA may disclose your information under special circumstances, such as when Johnny Law properly requests it.

Aggregate, Not Just For Cement Anymore

TA may occasionally use customer information on an aggregate basis to better understand our users and to improve our services. Aggregate statistics may also be disclosed to potential advertisers and/or business partners. (For example, we might use the aggregate statistic "15% of TA's users are from Canada".) Specific individual or personal data is NEVER used in aggregated results. That would simply undermine the definition of aggregate. Now that we’ve used the word a bunch of times why don’t you go try including it in your next conversation.
